A) Admissions
The School makes a very careful selection of students and demands high standards in ideals and achievements. The following norms are strictly followed -
1) The parents desirous of seeking admission for their children/ wards shall apply on the prescribed form. Duly filled admission form along with the Birth certificate and a copy of the “Mark sheet" of the previous class may be submitted to the office.
2. The School Leaving Certificate (T. C. ) from the previous school must be produced at the time of admission. Admission without T. C. is not permitted.
B) Payment of Fees
1) Tution fees means fees charges on students learning in the class for all subjects.
2) While taking admission for the first time in the school the parent must pay the entire fees of the whole year.
3) Transport fees means the fees charges on the students. Transportation from his village to school and school to village and not school to house and vise versa.
4) All fees must be paid as per the schedule mentioned. (in the diary)
5) If students are late to pay the fees than late fees will be charged up to 10% of the real fees.
6) If a student is not paying the fees in a year, his/her result will not be given to him till he paid the fees.
7) lf any student left in first term then he will charge the first term fees when he will demand his LC. or T.C.
8) If a student will attend the school in April in new academic session and wants his LC. or T.C. in the month of May, June or in any mid-term he must pay all fees of first term fees.
9) Before leaving the school he must pay all the fees, fine and should take N.O.C. from office library, science, sports teachers and then Principal will issue LC. or T.C. him.
10) If a student makes any kind of misbehaviour in class-room, Science lab, computer lab, smart-class, corridor, mess, he has to pay the damage charge before leaving the school.
11) No demand letter will be sent to parents about fees of his ward. That is the responsibility of the parents to pay the fees within time in the school.
12) No phone call be made to the parents of his wards due fees and other dues. So, it is the responsibility of the parents to pay the fees and dues in the office within the given time.
